As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing the manufacturing quality together with line management and engineering. Improving the assembly quality of manufacturing units will be your primary duty. You will make sure that internal error reporting is smooth and accurate, analyze errors, and decide on the corrective actions. You will give feedback on quality to the manufacturing units and engineering as well as to the suppliers together with purchase and sourcing. Turning customer feedback into better quality and processes will be an important goal in this job. You will set and develop quality tools and participate in the continuous improvement of the department as well as production development projects.


Min 2 years experience as drafter, Min diploma or bachelor degree, Familiar with CAD programs, Strong computer literate, Proficiency both written and spoken in English.


Age Max: 35 years, S1 Electrical and min IPK 2,75. Have experience min 2 years in same position, experience in Low Voltage, Mediume Voltage and High Voltage electrical system in power plants, large industrial installation, oil and gas companies and the national utilty.


Female / Male, Age max 30 year, educational background min. S1 majoring electrical or industrial technique with min. IPK 3.0. Fresh graduated or experienced in the same field are welcome.

Project Manager

Min. 4 yrs. experience with an Engineering degree.
Experience in project planning & scheduling, organizing & monitoring whole process of project (design, purchase, assembling & commissioning).


Minimal bachelor degree (S1), Having analytically and leadership skill, Having experience in logistic and warehousing min 5 years, Fluent in English both written and oral, Able to work under pressure

Project Expediting Coordinator

The Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC) reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for expediting all materials and equipment purchased for the project, including: Forecasting and advising the required levels of expediting and the associated staffing requirements for the project, recommending purchase orders for field (physical expediting and obtaining management approval, informing parties involved of anticipated delays in deliveries, and initiating recovery plans to mitigate the effects of the delays with regards to production needs, expediting and/or coordinating the flow of engineering data between Supplier and the company, in cooperation with the Project Document and Data Management department, advising the Project Manager of current status of all material on a weekly basis by issue of materials status reports and update of Material Manager, obtaining preliminary shipping drawings, if available, for Logistics, to enable them to compare rates for the best shipping costs, Ensures that all arrangements are confirmed and understood by all parties prior to shipment and that appropriate jobsite personnel are informed of ETA, Assist field personnel in resolution of material deficiencies after receipt, Additional specific responsibilities for the Material Management team may also be described in the project procedures, Experience required at least of 5 years.


Has a responsibility of Development, implementation and continual overview of the Quality Management System based on industry and/or governmental standards. Provide direction and leadership to local management to implement the Quality Management System. Development and implementation of the site Quality Plan and objectives to reduce/eliminate quality costs and improve operational effectiveness in/among all functional departments. Coordinate and develop with Marketing, strategies to gain customer acceptance of organization as a quality supplier. Responsible for the evaluation of technical field operating issues as well as internal product/material/component problems and determine root cause as well as necessary resources to bring about corrective action in a timely manner. Responsible for prompt and proper quality-related communications to customers. Manage the Quality, Customer Support, RMR, In Process Inspection and Quality Inspection functions. Provide site representation on legal issues. Monitor and measure employee performance and provide training as appropriate. Engage the business in process improvement activities. Must possess understanding of all division processes, especially design, product development, manufacturing operations, and quality. Must be committed to and thoroughly understand the corporate Quality Management System as it applies to the pre-manufacturing activities as well as conventional quality management. College degree in Business Administration or Engineering with 5 years experience with a diversified mix of product lines/areas (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, supply). Must be able to “step back” from the present methods of conducting business, question procedures, processes and performance and utilize the maximum degree of creativity to provide more effective ways for the organization to maintain its competitive edge. Exercise authority to hold product shipments that do not conform to quality specifications and mobilize corrective actions to still meet customer commitment. Experience with process improvements (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
